Bury Manor Barn

We had the most wonderful experience at Bury Manor Barn and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting for our special day. The converted barn was absolutely beautiful, with stunning wooden beams that could be beautifully draped and created such a lovely atmosphere. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind throughout the whole process. We had originally planned to have our wedding outside, but unfortunately the weather had other ideas! The team were absolutely brilliant and had umbrellas ready and waiting for the brides as we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. Communication with the venue was excellent from start to finish, and we always felt supported and well looked after. We also attended some of their open days, which were a fantastic opportunity to see the venue beautifully set up and meet some of the recommended vendors. We’re so grateful to the whole team for helping make our wedding day so special. We would highly recommend this beautiful venue to anyone looking for the perfect place to celebrate their wedding!

Wow, honestly what can I say about Bury…firstly our guests have not stopped messaging us about the venue and the whole day in itself. We were very clear from day one, as a family of 5 having 3 little ones, we wanted a family, relaxed affair and Bury Manor got the memo real quick and fulfilled our every wish! I know we’re still in our bubble but I think it will be a wedding people talk about for a long time! We had a chilled cocktail hour with a singer and lawn games followed by a twilight bbq and into a first dance and party. Sarah and the team were fantastic and made us feel so at ease! Couldn’t recommend anymore if I tried!

We got married at Bury Manor Barn in June 2023 and cannot recommend it enough, it's the perfect wedding venue. It's a hidden gem situated in the South Downs. The two beautiful barns are bright and airy; the grounds overlook the River Arun and the scenery is just stunning. Julie, Gemma and their team are excellent, such a pleasure to work with, always there to lend a helping hand and give advice. Our wedding day was better than we ever could have imagined - it was just perfect! We cannot thank them enough 🥹💖

We couldn't be happier choosing Bury Manor Barn for our wedding venue. As soon as we had looked around, and walked outside to see 'that' view we knew it was perfect. The venue is stunning, and the Tudor Barn gives so much charm in its surroundings and we barely had any decorations as it was so beautiful as it was. The backdrop and views outside are the best settings for photos and we were so pleased the weather was on our side so the guests could enjoy it. Our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful it was! From the beginning Julie and the team were amazing with communicating with us and ensuring we had all the information and support we needed in the planning process and made it so stress free. Gemma and Sarah were our day and evening coordinators and thank goodness they were as the day would not have been as amazing without them. They managed everything, and we didn't need to worry about a thing! Any issues were resolved without us even being aware and they were just worth their weight in gold. We highly recommend Bury Manor Barn, for anyone looking for a beautiful barn venue in a stunning countryside setting with a fantastic team!

We had such an amazing wedding day at Bury Manor Barn in May 2023! We wanted a DIY-style venue and it really delivered. The two inter-connecting barns meant separate spaces for ceremony and dinner, which is really hard to find with a barn venue. The beautiful white brick walls and beams provided the perfect backdrop for our styling and photos, with a soft warm light filtering through the barns. Despite the abnormally heavy rain, Bury had excellent ‘Plan B’ options (also hard to find elsewhere) with a large covered outdoor area which meant that we were still able to host our reception drinks outside and enjoy the incredible views over the South Downs and the River Arun! The grounds are gorgeous and there are so many different spaces which can be used throughout the day. Many guests commented on the beauty of the venue and the setting. Julie, Gemma and the team are all so friendly, calm, communicative and efficient! Nothing was too much trouble (in the lead-up or on the day) and it was a really personal service. We would highly recommend Bury Manor Barn! Thank you so much!
