After trying to use the public toilets by the beach (where I paid for parking to use them), which were closed inexplicably. I went to local bus station toilet as it was the only one nearby and I was desperate (where I again paid for parking again). It was also closed and it said the nearest one was at the town hall, I sprinted there as quickly as I could but the town hall was also closed. Very stressful and upsetting, and not a good reflection on the town.

We went to Rhyl to collect a Birthday certificate , wow Rhyl has Changed since I was young , many Moons ago . I spoke to a Woman Named Carol & I must say I'm shocked how she still has a job at least they should ask her never to answer a phone or speak to the General Public , the lady had 1 big Very Large Chip on her Shoulder. She needs to go back & get some training , So as the Town Hall it looked more like a Church. The door to Enter the Building was a tightfit wheelchair users should struggle as well as pushchairs ground floor once you go through the first door U have to ring the buzzer & they will open the door

Not a bad venue with plenty of space in the main hall and smaller rooms, but the WiFi is atrocious and keeps loging you out after a few minutes.

There was 4 men outside drinking on a bench. They were all aggressive and drunk. Foul mouthed. I was embarrassed to think that people are coming on holiday to Rhyl with their children and have to witness this type of behaviour in the centre of Rhyl at 10am. Directly opposite the police station.
