Runcorn War Memorial Club

My P.A. Company that I work for Personal Freedom had a Clent Christmas Party here and it was Amazing. Reasonably priced and with access to a bar, staff was happy and very helpful and very accommodating, thank you to all at Runcorn War Memorial Club

I was only here briefly for a wake, after the funeral of a dear friend. The place was a little difficult to locate, as I am not from the area, however, if you live in Runcorn, it is a lovely place for holding small/medium sized functions and events. It was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food provided was lovely. Thanks for doing Paul's wake, you done him and his family proud. Hopefully my next visit will be for a little longer, and less stressful (as I was the dedicated driver), please get on to your local council though about resurfacing them massive pot holes 😆

Good place but not happy with customer service. There were lots of pins on the floor and we had a kids party. When I mentioned it to the bar staff they didn't even bother to check why or help pick them up. Ended up going around to pick them up for the kids to be protected.

Been here twice in recent months, although they were for my friends wakes, and I must say the location, staff and buffet provided is excellent, good bar prices with super friendly and kind staff, just a super place to say goodbye and celebrate a friends life. The War Memorial does a lot more than just wakes, all types of celebrations so hopefully I will be back soon for a wedding, christening or birthday party.

Looks better since I last came here. Great staff and a decent size room for the price.

Very polite & friendly staff. Cater 4 all sorts of different occasions, excellent food & beers served. Full size Snooker tables inside, would definitely recommend.

Good venue too rent out for birthday partys, weddings, anniversary ect, decorate it yourself or leave it as it is down to personal preference. Bars open all night plus nice friendly staff are there to serve you 🍻
