VIP Mansion

We attended a wedding at VIP Mansion on 31st August, and honestly, we had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and everyone made us feel so welcome and well looked after. A very special thank you to Maria, who was our waiter throughout the evening. She was genuinely amazing. She was so kind, respectful, friendly and attentive, and constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. What really stood out was that Maria didn’t just do her job — she went above and beyond. Her warm personality and attention to detail made such a difference to our evening, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. People often remember the food and the venue, but it’s the people who provide the service that can really make an occasion special. Maria certainly did that for us. Thank you so much, Maria, for looking after us and making our evening even more enjoyable. You are an absolute credit to the VIP Mansion team and deserve to be recognised for the fantastic service you provide. We would have no hesitation in recommending VIP Mansion to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with excellent service.

I had the pleasure of hosting my wedding in this venue. The service was incredible and even made last minute arrangements possible after a few issues that were unavoidable. Absolutely would use this hall if you want your event/ wedding to look grand and memorable!
