Lapwing Farm

I attended my cousin's wedding at Lapwing Farm recently. Whilst it was a joyous family occasion, Lapwing Farm made it even more so. As someone who cares about biodiversity, the rewilding of field areas, new tree planting, and extensive use of solar panels show the excellent ethos of the farm. The site layout is good, the opportunity for family camping, and quality materials of the buildings ensured plenty of space for guests to mingle comfortably.

We hired Lapwing Farm for our wedding and had the most perfect time. Duncan and Claudia made it so easy to organise and arrange. They are so passionate about the site and it shows in how well looked after it is. The accommodation on site was beautiful and we had free rein on what to do with the site whilst we were there, allowing us to have the perfect wedding.

We booked Lapwing for our Wedding reception. It was wonderful for a DIY wedding. Duncan was super helpful and communicative the entire time. Our guests couldn't stop saying how wonderful the location was. It's a beautiful location - with their own lake, camping and barn.

We had our wedding at Lapwing. It’s such an amazing special venue and perfect for our DIY festival wedding! Duncan and Claudia were so helpful the whole way through. Thank you both, it’s a very special place! We hope to be back! X

We had the most glorious long wedding weekend at Lapwing Farm. We venue outdid itself and stunned all our guests. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Private, with a small lake and magical birds. Wonderful energy and view. Small cafe and newly added/renovated bathroom show and toilets. Camping possible.
