Humber Barn

We got married at Humber Barn in June, and from the very beginning Sammy completely understood the vision we had for our day – calm, relaxed, and full of candid moments. She absolutely delivered! We had around 160 guests, which is no small task to manage, but everything ran so smoothly. The team had everything under control, and nothing ever felt stressful. The food was incredible – the hog roast was to die for – and so many of our guests commented on how amazing it was. The staff were fantastic too; nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made everyone feel so welcome. Our day was everything we hoped it would be and more. So many of our family and friends have said how much they loved the venue, the atmosphere, and the food. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help make our wedding day so special. Thank you, Sammy, and everyone at Humber Barn, for giving us the most amazing day. We would recommend you to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue! ❤️

We could not have asked for a better place for our special day. From our first meeting with Sammy to our first look to the breakfast the morning after we were well looked after. Nothing was to much trouble. Sammy and her team, were absolutely incredible we would like to give a shout out to Ruby aswell. You guys have an amazing team and should be so proud of what you have created. What a stunning place. Being able to incorporate our to labs into the ceremony in the beautiful barn was such a highlight and not to mention the buffet and wood fired pizza our guests absolutely loved the food. We were able to create a relaxed wedding day that our guests and us enjoyed so much, we are still smiling and will definitely be coming back for future events. Humber barn provided the setting for our perfect wedding day. After 18months of planning and several meeting with Sammy at Humber, her and the team helped bring our vision to life! They provided excellent service and went above and beyond what we expected!! Every guest commented on the beautiful surroundings and incredible home made food buffet and hog roast!! They even looked after our photographer and band by playing them food and fetching drinks. Additionally we had last minute guest requests for gluten free and vegetarian options which they produced to rave reviews.

Humber Barn is an absolutely wonderful wedding venue, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we started planning, Sammy and her excellent team were warm, friendly, reassuring and completely professional. The venue itself is beautiful, the food and drink were fabulous... and plentiful! Absolutely no stingy portions here. The whole day ran seamlessly. What makes Humber Barn so special, aside from the beauty of the place, is that Sammy and her team help you make the day truly yours, while gently making sure nothing important is missed. Then, on the day itself, they somehow make everything happen around you so quietly and smoothly that you can just relax, enjoy it, and take it all in. Our guests were completely blown away by the venue, the food, the atmosphere and the whole day. We felt so looked after from start to finish, and it meant we could enjoy both the build-up and the wedding day itself with zero stress. Seriously, get married at Humber Barn. You won’t find a better venue.

We had the most incredible experience with Humber Barn for our wedding. From our very first visit, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and every time we returned they took the time to answer all of our questions, making the whole planning process feel relaxed and easy. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and we loved that everything is in one place- It made the whole day flow perfectly. What we especially loved about Humber Barn was the flexibility it gave us – we were able to do exactly what we wanted and bring our vision to life in the way we had imagined. The atmosphere throughout the day was so relaxed and the team made it clear that nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was also amazing. Our guests still rave about the pizzas, and they were such a hit on the day! The breakfast the next morning was equally lovely and went far beyond what we expected – it was the perfect way to end such a special celebration. A special mention has to go to Sammy, who was amazing and professional. Everyone who met her over the wedding weekend commented on how lovely she was. We still talk about how smoothly she made everything run and how enjoyable the whole day was thanks to her and her fantastic team. When I arrived feeling nervous, Sammy greeted me with a hug which instantly calmed me and made me feel at ease. The communication leading up to the wedding was also brilliant, which made everything stress-free. We also never once felt rushed, which meant we could really take our time and enjoy every moment of the day and the following morning. Thanks to Sammy and her team, our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more. We couldn’t have wished for anything better.
