Never Forget transfer services

We used Never Forget Transfer Service to convert my parents’ old VHS tapes into digital copies, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Sean took the time to thoroughly explain the transfer process and what could realistically be achieved given the age and condition of the tapes. Some of these recordings were over 40 years old, and we wanted them digitised in time for our parents’ anniversary so they could relive those special memories. Sean provided a quick turnaround, and we were delighted with the quality of the finished videos. Most importantly, our parents were overjoyed to watch moments they hadn’t seen in decades. We would highly recommend Never Forget Transfer Service to anyone looking to preserve their family memories. We’ll definitely be digging out more old tapes and photos to bring to Sean in the future.

Extremely happy with Sean's services, he transferred old family VHS tapes onto USB for us. My Mum is now able to watch happy memories of my recently deceased Dad and hear his voice again. You can't put a price on that!! Thanks Sean, would 100% recommend you.

After years of our precious tapes lost away in our loft, we decided to look back on our memories of days gone by. We soon realised that the cost would be beyond our means as we had 19 VHS tapes plus 11 other smaller tapes. We were surprised that Never Forget were so much more affordable than other local services. We have already watched several of these lovely memories, and are delighted with the quality and overall service of Never Forget. Terry Reynolds.

Really impressed with the service received, Sean was great to liaise with from start to finish. Swift and timely completion with easy communication throughout. Second time I’ve used in a short space, highly recommend.
