All I can say is WOW! Jamie created the most beautiful video of our special day. It has been amazing to be able to have shared the link with all of our family members and we have had nothing but positive feedback for the camera detail and the special snippets of the day captured so perfectly! We are so glad we had our wedding day filmed to be able to re live the day and cherish the memories for the rest of our lives. Jamie was so friendly and professional and his work is absolutely incredible! I would highly recommend having your wedding day filmed and especially by Jamie. ☺️

I had my wedding in early November 2025 It was a small family affair but perfect to us We asked Jamie to do the wedding as had come highly recommended and he certainly didn’t disappoint He captured our day perfectly he was very professional in every way from the start of the day to the end of the day He sent us the video and pictures for us to review but there was so many that captured the moment it was very hard to choose Jamie even put the video onto a USB put it into a beautiful little keepsake box and hand delivered to us which to me was extra special So a very big thank you Jamie for making our day and filming it for us to remember for the rest of our lives

We got married at Eaves Hall and Jamie absolutely captured our perfect day! He was so friendly and great with all of our guests that everyone felt at ease being on camera! The video - especially the highlights film - is incredible and completely takes us back to our day - we would highly recommend Jamie.

Alchemy Wedding Films created the most incredible wedding video for my sister. Jamie was incredible throughout the whole process and really took the time to get to know the family, he right in on the wedding day which made it even more special. The wedding video was absolutely stunning and has received so many compliments. It really is the perfect way to capture your memories and I would recommend Jamie to anybody who is getting married. Worth every penny!

We booked Alchemy Wedding Films to capture our wedding in July 2025, including all speeches. Unfortunately, over half of the Father of the Bride’s speech was missed. This is an irreplaceable moment and exactly the type of thing you hire a wedding videographer to capture. The way this was handled afterwards was disappointing. There was no proactive acknowledgement, and the issue only came to light once we reviewed the footage. When it was raised, responsibility was repeatedly shifted elsewhere rather than being owned. In addition to the speech issue, communication after our wedding and throughout the process of waiting for our videos was very poor. We had to chase multiple times for updates, agreed deadlines were missed, and it took almost four months to receive our videos. When they were initially delivered, not everything we had paid for was included, which again required chasing. Once all videos were eventually available, there were technical issues that meant we couldn’t view them, resulting in further back and forth to resolve. No partial refund was considered and the proposed remedy for the missing speech was for the Father of The Bride to redo his speech as a voice note - not quite what we paid for!!! As part of our package we were due to receive a USB containing another copy of the videos, which was stated to be around eight weeks after the wedding. We still do not have this seven months later. I fully appreciate that mistakes can happen, but accountability and transparency matter. Based on our experience, Alchemy Wedding Films is unfortunately the only supplier from our wedding that we would not recommend. We would strongly encourage couples to carefully consider alternative options for their wedding videos.

*please note I wrote this review 8 months after our November 2023 wedding but never posted as I don’t like to be negative, but now my friend has had a poor experience also, sadly I want to make people aware* We had a friend use Jamie as a videographer so I had seen his work and was really impressed, he initially contacted me back very quickly and we booked him without issue. We had a little bit of delayed communication back regarding a pre wedding phone call to discuss what we wanted (this was something Jamie suggested) which is fine, it was explained there was a family emergency which is understandable. The wedding day itself (November) Jamie was lovely, fit into the background really well and managed to capture some lovely moments. The issues started when it came to actually getting the videos and general poor communication. I messaged after 12 weeks to ask where the videos were as the website states 8-12 weeks wait and expressed I was visiting family that weekend and would love to show the videos or at least the wedding show reel, I was told he would send them to me that weekend. Prior to this we had been given 3 different deadlines which were not delivered on and with extremely slow responses. When we first booked we were told 4 weeks to get the wedding show reel but at the 12 mark we still had nothing. When I chased this up again a week later as I never got the videos in time to show my family, we then did get a reply stating they had been sent via email however I never received an email, a link to the videos was then sent via messenger. On the phone call before the wedding we stated about a specific moment being captured on the video, the lead up and after of this moment was there but not the agreed thing itself so this was disappointing. The standard of the show reel compared to what my friend had when she had Jamie, was not as good so I was a little disappointed so I asked for some changes which were made and I was very grateful for, I still think the end result did feel rushed but at this point I was grateful for any footage to share and honestly, didn’t want to be the type of customer so be fussy. In March, Jamie checked I was happy with the changes before he sent the USB of the videos and I was happy and said that would be great however, it’s now June and I have not received any physical copies in a USB. I have messaged three times over the last 6 weeks now since May 11th and finally got a response on June 29th stating a USB would be sent Monday with a tracking number and he had been off work for personal reasons. It’s now 12 days later and I have no tracking number and no USB. Although I do appreciate personal situations arise and I don’t want to sound a monster, it’s disappointing to be constantly given false promises throughout this process
