Imagina Studio Photography

Great photographer, very patient, creative and made the whole experience really comfortable. I’m really happy with how my headshots turned out, honestly better than I expected. Than you!

I've been using them for years and recommend them for passport photos and IDs. They have a wonderful, professional approach to my son. My son has autism and doesn't like photos and needs a lot of peace and patience. I've never had a problem. I recommend them. The prices are also reasonable. They are professional and talented.

I went to get done pictures for my Spanish passport, and he asked me wich county is for? I told him that is for Spanish passport, he asked if I knew the dimensions of pictures, I told him that I do not know about it. I think is question is incompetent. After that I was not sure about the dimensions of the picture , I was soo mad. The cost of the picture was £15 and he did not know about the dimensions of the pictures so he give me 2 different sizes.. After went to get done my passport they told that the small size doesn't use anymore... Honestly before to come to get your pictures for passport make sure that you know because he has not idea about it...... I think so expensive.

My first photo shoot made easy. Relaxed atmosphere, great result. Recommend.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Imagina Studio Photography. I asked for passport-size photos, but the photographer seemed unfamiliar with what I needed. I then explained that I wanted a full-size photo with some basic editing. Unfortunately, the photos were not taken properly, and none of the requested editing was done. As a result, I had to visit another photographer to get the photos redone, which cost me additional money and wasted my time. I would not recommend this studio to anyone. The prices were very high for the quality of service provided, and my overall experience was very poor. As per your response to my genuine review, you mentioned that i didn't know how to act in front of camera, I did not come there for a cinema shoot; I came to have my photo taken. As you mentioned, I posed for the photograph. You were the one viewing me through the camera, so if you were not satisfied, you should have guided or corrected me. Even when I asked for a passport-size photo, i felt like as a photographer you don't even know what is a passport size photo. That reflects your knowledge about your skills. The pictures were of low quality. You also mentioned appointments, but first of all, your studio was not busy at all. Since my requirement was urgent, I walked in. Also, because I was not interested in getting into an argument, so I simply left I felt there was no point in asking for a refund. Moreover, it is not just me, many others also feel that your services are overpriced, which we can see in the previous reviews and also we can understand about your service quality. My review reflects my personal experience and opinion as a customer. I respect your right to explain your side, but also have the right to share my honest experience with the service i received.Anyway, that’s okay. Please try to make appropriate improvements based on the reviews. Thank you
