Charlie's Portraits at Leeds Corn Exchange

Charlie has become our go-to Photographer/videographer for all of life’s special moments. His work truly speaks for itself, capturing life in a candid and beautiful way. Charlie created multiple cinematic videos for our wedding last year and they are absolutely stunning. In the lead up to our wedding Charlie joined us on a location photoshoot on Ilkley Moor and took some wonderful engagement photos! The way that Charlie encourages you to pretend he’s not there with the camera made the shots feel so organic and natural, and the consultation process made us feel so confident that we could fully rely on Charlie to capture all the moments we may have otherwise missed. We couldn’t praise him and his work more highly!

My daughter had such a wonderful experience at this photo shoot. The studio is calm & welcoming, and has a lovely atmosphere. I’ve known Charlie, and his work, for many years and was delighted to see him set up his own photography business at the Corn Exchange in Leeds. It’s a great location for him as the place is full of independent traders and it’s a wonderfully creative environment, as well as being bang in the middle of Leeds and easy to get to. For some time I’ve needed to get some publicity/headshots done, so booked a session with Charlie. We talked previously about different ideas and types of photos, and the session time just flew by. We chatted a lot throughout the session, which helped create a natural, relaxed atmosphere; tried a couple of experimental shots (which we suspected might not work, but we did them anyway!); above all we had a lot of fun and ended up with a vast number of photos. Whittling them down to a final 8 was tough but Charlie was as helpful as ever in this process, and I now have a selection of shots that I’m very, very happy with - and I hope he is too.
