The team really made our wedding weekend - Latoya was so helpful throughout the planning process, is extremely detailed and organised and our wedding ran so smoothly thanks to them! SW Events came very highly recommended to us and we can really see why - the team are all very professional yet also very friendly and warm. We were in great hands and could really enjoy our wedding and not worry about anything on the day. They were on top of everything, making sure everything ran on time and to plan, and making adjustments where necessary so that we could have the best time! So glad we went with them for our big day!

I am the mother of the groom who wanted to say a huge thank you to Latoya and team for turning my son’s wedding into the stuff of dreams! From organising for the big moments of the day to the minutest of detail everything was perfect. Even a request from me on the day at a very late stage was accommodated straight away! We first met SW Events at a friend’s wedding and when it was our turn to get married and we decided to get a wedding planner, we didn’t think twice about who’d plan our wedding! SW are a pleasure to work with and, at all times, during the planning stage guided with their experience of suppliers as well as their knowledge and wisdom in making decisions. They were approachable and responsive to all our questions and also picked up extra duties to help resolve issues we faced with some suppliers. All this time, they had a positive and fun attitude and made sure they took away the stress from the wedding planning! On the day, LaToya and Shamini were extremely organised and efficient. They coordinated and managed all logistics with suppliers and it is a testament to their behind the scenes efforts that no one noticed hiccups we had with a major supplier.
