Absolutely no service received at all. I booked a course for my husband in January, shortly thereafter the date was changed from March to May with no alternatives given. Then covid came along and no advice was given at all, we have had to chase for information and have requested a refund multiple times but have only received empty promises, just to be ignored again. Looks like they furloughed all thier staff and just ditched clients altogether. I acknowledge the importance of supporting small businesses over this period, we actively try to do so, but we cannot recommend such an unprofessional and untrustworthy company.

I have run courses for Red Cloud for a couple of years now, and thoroughly enjoy it - it's great when people arrive wanting to learn and leave with a load of new knowledge and a good experience.

Absolutely brilliant day, learnt loads and although I felt a total novice at the start, the photos I was producing at the end were great. Really enjoyed it and have already recommended some friends.
