Yorkshire Folk

If you are debating a videographer for your wedding this review is the one for you! I was unsure about hiring one due to feeling nervous in-front of an extra camera on our big day! My advice to you is please GO FOR IT! You will not regret it! Yorkshire Folk are true professionals and I can’t thank them enough for capturing our love story in such a natural way. I will always treasure the footage they captured on our special day! They made you feel so at ease and I must say I didn’t notice the cameras at all on the day. In return of taking the plunge I now get to relive our day over and over again & our family members will live on forever in their footage. They even did a same day edit! After our wedding breakfast they managed to produce a stunning preview that brought a tear to my eye, it was truly perfect. Thank you again for your incredible work. E & W x

David and Michael were amazing! They were so friendly and made us feel comfortable being filmed. They had great ideas, and the final videos are perfect. The small touches, such as adding the aisle entrance and first dance songs over the highlight reel, were so thoughtful and we can’t thank them enough. If you’re wanting a videographer for your wedding, definitely choose Yorkshire Folk!

We hired Michael and the team to capture our wedding day in June 2024, after meeting them at a wedding fair the year before and being drawn to their use of drone videography - and we were so pleased with the final videos the team created for us. We went for a package with 2 videographers, with the ceremony and speeches on individual videos, along with a teaser video, slightly longer highlights video, and full feature length video, all of which Michael worked with us on to include the perfect moments and music to go with it, as well as some gorgeous shots of the venue’s scenery and surroundings taken by drone. We’d highly recommend Yorkshire Folk to anyone looking for a professional and friendly videographer for their event.

I cannot recommend Yorkshire Folk enough, absolutely fantastic service and videos! David and Michael were seamless from booking and pre-wedding discussions, to on the day and beyond. They made us (a very awkward on camera family) extremely comfortable and captured some amazing moments. They edited the video beautifully to songs of our choosing and were so kind when I was having a wobble, really going out of their way to help. Thank you both so much, the videos give me goosebumps every time I watch them and provide lasting memories of our incredible day ☺️

David and Mike were absolutely brilliant! They both captured all the special moments so perfectly on our wedding day! We saw a sneak preview of the video during our wedding day and I honestly got so emotional with how beautiful they put together the video and what they captured. I can’t recommend Yorkshire Folk enough! Don’t hesitate to choose them for your videography. They also have drones that capture everything in the air too! 😊
