I always knew I wanted help on the day of our wedding, and I am so grateful it was Freya that we chose for this. Freya offers a hybrid approach of "on the day co-ordination" that was just perfect for us. I had already chosen our venue and most of the suppliers, but I knew we needed someone on the day to tie it all together, and Freya is the perfect person for this. Freya is like having a little wedding fairy that sorts everything for you, takes care of all the questions from your venue and suppliers, and makes sure the day runs as smoothly as possible. So all you have to do is sit back, relax, and focus on what truly matters. Marrying your best friend and enjoying the special moment with your loved ones. From start to finish Freya was nothing short of professional, reliable and reassuring. My partner and I didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about a single thing on the day, and in my option that’s exactly how it should be. For me Freya was worth her weight in gold, and worth every hour spent selling all my items on Vinted to pay for. She even sowed me into my corset for the evening when my zip broke! 45 minutes of graft to make sure I was in the outfit I’d planned for 12 months. It doesn’t get much better than that! Freya and her husband Danny went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more grateful. Everybody needs a little touch of Freya on their special day!

I reached out to Freya to do my on day coordination for a wedding at the old rectory estate. She had been recommended by the venue and thank goodness I used her. Kelly was our coordinator for the day and she was fantastic, she managed everything perfectly and made us feel very calm! She even got me in my dress! Lauren also supported on the day and both of them just made it the perfect day! Thank you

We were so fortunate to have Freya as our wedding planner for our special day at the stunning Euridge Manor in the Cotswolds, and we cannot recommend her enough! From the very beginning, she took full control of the planning process and guided us seamlessly over the 12 months leading up to our big day. Her attention to detail, super fast responses, professionalism, calmness, organisation, and genuine love for her job meant that the usual stress of wedding planning simply didn’t exist for us. On top of being an incredible planner, she became a friend and often a counsellor too, keeping us calm through any little meltdowns along the way. What made Freya’s support even more remarkable was that she was getting married herself only three days after our wedding, yet we always felt like her number one priority. Freya was absolutely incredible to work with! To preface, we are from America and had a wedding abroad in the UK, so planning was no easy task. We’re so happy we found Freya because she truly made our wedding possible. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent and she was so accommodating of all of our requests. Since we were planning from across the world, Freya really helped with everything. From touring venues for us, finding/recommending amazing local wedding vendors, and having nonstop zoom meetings leading up to the day. Additionally , the actually wedding day was executed flawlessly. She did a great job of keeping everything on track and according to schedule. We would recommend Freya to anyone who needs an A+ wedding planner at your side!

Freya was great, I really didn’t have a clue where to start she guided us, gave us recommendations, cakes, florists, you name it she could source it. Gave us lots of advice and the month before the wedding she confirmed all the suppliers, sorted out timelines. Was there on the day making sure every element was in place. Freya coordinated our wedding in September of this year and she was amazing. We booked Freya for our second wedding celebration, which took place at Botleys Mansion in Chertsey, Surrey in June 2023. Freya provided partial wedding planning services from approx. 6 months prior to our wedding (at which point I was still busily planning our first wedding that was due to take place in March 2023 in Los Angeles, so was sometimes slow to reply but Freya remained patient & understanding & continued to stay on top of everything that was required at that stage), and also produced a design brief based on detailed vision I provided, along with my Pinterest boards. Freya was detailed throughout the planning process and was always so pleasant to deal with. Our Zoom calls were always productive & I felt like Freya really understood everything I explained & she was patient and passionate. One the day of our wedding, Freya had an assistant. We're most glad that we also hired Freya to sing my processional song for the ceremony - we truly were SO glad we did. Not only did Freya sound absolutely amazing, she absolutely looked the part. She ensured she was dressed according to the aesthetics of our wedding & was fully self-sufficient in setting up her own PA system.
