Mel was absolutely fantastic as our wedding day coordinator. From the moment she arrived, everything was organised, calm, and completely under control. She kept the day running seamlessly, handled every little detail behind the scenes, and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We couldn't have asked for a better person to look after our day, and we're so grateful for everything she did!

Mel was such a perfect addition to our wedding! With this role being such a vital part of the process we really wanted a external wedding co-ordinator to match our personality and vibe, we had a call with a few suppliers but Mel completely stood out with with her calm, friendly, warm and confident approach. We felt we were in really good hands throughout the whole process, and felt like she understood our vision completely. On the wedding day Mel handled everything so easily and was on top of every aspect thinking three steps ahead, if anything went off-piste we were none the wiser, as it all seemed seamless to us and that's down to Mel's help throughout! Would 100% recommend to others.

My husband and I recently had the absolute pleasure of Mel helping us to plan and coordinate our wedding and celebrations. I cannot recommend Mel highly enough; we had regular check ins before hand and Mel was always happy to give supplier recommendations and advice on things like timings. In the run up to the wedding she took over all the final check ins which meant we had a lovely and super relaxed run in to the day. On the day itself she was an absolute god-send …. I’ve actually got no idea if there were any problems or issues because Mel just had everything under control … everything ran on time , super smoothly, people were in the right place at the right time and everything looked absolutely stunning - exactly how I imagined it. BUT all of that was done without feeling over managed, pressured or over the top - Mel just worked in the background to ensure the day was exactly what we hoped for. We cannot thank Mel enough for everything she did - absolutely the best decision we made was booking her and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else. Thank you so much Mel, we love you! If I have one tip for any future bride, it’s to hire an external wedding co-ordinator, and if I’m being specific, the wedding co-ordinator you NEED is Mel. We chose to have Mel’s support for the on the day co-ordination, but her support and advice started from the moment we had our first call with her (about 10 months out from our wedding). As someone who likes to be all over small details, this gave me so much comfort. In the 2 month lead up to the wedding day, Mel went took the time to go through how we would like our wedding day to go, touching on every detail you could imagine in an easy, conversational, (not overwhelming) way, which made me an uncharacteristically chilled out bride. She rung around all of our suppliers ahead of the day to confirm the details and timings with them too. This was particularly useful as in the 2 week buildup, it gets busy, without even factoring in the need to touch base with all of the suppliers. As someone who is a clock watcher, Mel made sure that the day ran perfectly to time, with every detail (and trust me when I say I had a whole list of details) executed perfectly along the way. Mel is such a relaxed but super efficient person, and the whole day was here, there and everywhere with a smile the whole time. Take this as your sign to book with Mel - she was by far the most important piece of our wedding puzzle, as she was the reason my husband and I were so relaxed and able to just have fun, knowing she had everything covered.
