Richard helped me create videos for my online course on how masseurs can work with clients with neurological injuries and conditions and their resulting disabilities. He explained how everything would come together and helped me turn my ideas into the finished videos. I had no clue how much we could film in a day, so Richard set up a shooting schedule to make sure we got everything done. I needed a voiceover for each massage routine, and Richard read the scripts while filming to keep everything in sync. He then re-recorded the scripts to add them to the videos later. Working with Richard was super easy—communication was clear, and it was a breeze to review and approve the videos.

We’ve expanded our Reformer Pilates studio to offer Functional Fitness circuit classes with screens displaying our workouts. Richard assisted us in filming a catalog of 100 exercises, demonstrated by various instructors using a range of equipment. He helped to organise our exercise list using his planner, allowing us to efficiently capture everything in just one day. To ensure each video looped seamlessly and was suitable for social media marketing, he uniquely labeled every video file for easy access. Richard helped with directing the instructors, making sure each exercise was clear and easy to follow while providing the flexibility to add or modify exercises in our list for filming. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the content and communication throughout the project, and we were grateful to receive our videos within a week of filming and just before he went on holiday.
