Not good, there are no proper fitting rooms, the service isn't great and I barely even put on one wedding dress when I realised there was a hole in the wall and other shoppers could see me undress. When we tried to leave they forced us to pay for the fitting (R25 per dress) but because I only half fitted one dress they asked us to pay. We only had card and their minimum payment required was R50 so we were forced to buy extra things. And the dresses are so overpriced and in questionable condition. After that we went to Bride and Co and we could've tried on 5 dresses FOR FREE! That was a much more pleasant and welcoming experience. I would rather pay extra for a dress than have to relive this experience.

Got the most amazing wedding dress for an amazing price! Im very happy and satisfied with my experience, everyone was very helpfull and friendly and there is so many different kins of things that you will need for your parties at a steal of a price.

Wedding World is the definition of poor service and unprofessionalism. Instead of helping with finding the perfect farewell dress, they made constant body-shaming remarks, leaving me feeling humiliated and upset, eventually leaving in tears. All bodies aren't meant to fit into a size 10 dress and that is completely fine, but making someone feel less pretty and uncomfortable because of their body shape and size is unacceptable. Everyone deserves to feel and look pretty especially on a big day such as matricfarwell.
Great service from the ladies. They alteredy child dress to suit comfortably n she was happy. Koekie is the best, she went out to make sure we were happy with the dress.
What a exciting time it was planning a surprise wedding and luckily the wonderful ladies at Wedding World was there to help me out when I needed it I only had a few days but they made sure I did not forget a thing and believe me I will have forgotten the half off the items needed. Thanks again aunties
