Balals Catering & Kebab House

Just visited Balals Catering & Kebab House and honestly had a really good experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, full of flavour and cooked perfectly. You can tell they actually care about the quality of the food they serve. The meat was tender, well seasoned and everything came out hot and fresh. The portions were also very generous for the price. What stood out the most for me though was the customer service. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and respectful the whole time. They made us feel comfortable straight away and checked to make sure everything was okay. It’s rare these days to find a place where both the food and service are consistently this good. The place itself was clean, organised and had a nice atmosphere. Whether you’re eating in, ordering takeaway or catering for an event, I can definitely see why so many people recommend them. Overall, a genuinely great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended if you’re looking for tasty food and excellent service in Birmingham.

We would like to leave a huge thank you and our highest recommendation for Balals Catering, who catered for our daughter’s wedding on 8 August 2026. From the very beginning, Balal was friendly, welcoming and incredibly easy to work with. He is a very professional and easy-going person who made the whole catering experience stress-free and enjoyable. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and we felt completely confident that the food and service were in safe hands. The food itself was absolutely fantastic. From the starters and main courses to the desserts, everything was beautifully prepared, fresh and delicious. Our guests could not stop complimenting the food, and we received so many positive comments throughout the wedding and afterwards. Balal and his team did an excellent job, and the quality of the food really helped make our daughter’s special day even more memorable. If you are planning a wedding or any special occasion and want the food to be on point, we would highly recommend Balals Catering. He is professional, reliable, friendly and genuinely cares about delivering a great service.

Balals catered our wedding. He was great and the food quality was amazing! Unfortunately, the waitering team we're awful and we're called out by a lot of guests which really put down an event we put a lot of time and energy into planning. We asked Balal about this specifically before booking and he told us that he filtered through the waiters to make sure we would get good ones, so this was quite disappointing. Other than being rude to Guests and not clearing dirty plates before bringing new menus items, guests took images of the waiters sitting in our event space seating at the start of the event and also taking items from our desert table which consequently ran out quite quickly.
