Swirldrop Treats

I normally try to avoid anywhere with a flower wall, my theory is that anywhere that has a flower wall usually serves basic level food or worse, this place HAS A TREE!!! And I was pleasantly surprised. I was confused about what to order so I asked the waitress "what does the chef like to cook" a few moments later she informed me that the chef said "paratha" so I ordered their Paratha Butter Chicken sandwich things - bruv 10/10 - the dipping sauce that it comes with is brilliant! I also ordered the chicken on waffles, this was quite different to the usual chicken on waffles that I’ve had however it was still decent, sweet and spicy, full of flavour. Overall I will be returning, service was great and the place itself is decent and doesn’t smell bad, which is always a good sign. My wife ordered the lite breakfast, I can’t tell you how good or bad that was as she didn’t share 😒

Visited swirldrop treats for the second time today, again left feeling disappointed and hungry. The buldak wings had no chicken on them. They were literally bones and a bit of skin. But they tasted nice. The pulled beef parata was sweet and had an odd taste. The chips were nice and the big breakfast was okay. The breakfast said it comes with fresh fruit however it was two orange slices, which was quite disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend or visit again unfortunately. Staff were lovely and accommodating. It’s a shame the food was the only let down.

We had a very good experience at this cafe. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. However, the portion sizes were quite small for the price. One thing that really stood out was the seating. The chairs were very low and not particularly comfortable, which made dining a little awkward. I think the café would benefit from replacing them with higher, more comfortable chairs. Overall, the food was excellent, and we enjoyed my visit, but larger portions and better seating would make the experience even better.

Good spot for a family outing, seemed quite busy for an early morning midweek. Chicken waffles were great, banoffee toast was too sweet for my taste and the toffee layer was very hard and gave a burnt taste, coffee disappointing but overall worth trying and exploring other options. Service was really nice and attentive.

Swirldrop Treats never disappoints. Their brunch is absolutely exceptional, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The staff are incredibly welcoming and warm, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. We also have all of our celebratory cakes made by Forida, and they are hands down the best ever — super moist, unbelievably delicious, and the flavours are beyond exceptional. Truly a place that gets everything right.

This place is so aesthetically pleasing. It was my second visit here, last time was nearly two years ago. This is a place we will definitely be coming back to more often as my daughter keeps saying she wants to come back to this cafe. We went around 11.30 on a Sunday and the food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. I'm not sure how fast or slow other food items might be, but I thought it came out really quickly considering how busy it was. We ordered the big breakfasts and everything tasted delicious, you could tell the sausages were different with spices added into it and the rashers were one of my favourites. The only thing I would criticise, is the size of the beans, it's not enough considering what else is on the plate. The chairs are also quite low down compared to the table. The presentation was beautiful.

The cafe looks really nice and aesthetically pleasing, however the food quality, taste and specially portion sizes needs a lot of thought. I love going to different cafes all around London and this has been the smallest portion sizes that we have been served. The service tried to do ther best and gave a friendly and quick service. However the portion sizes were off putting so hopefully that would improve soon.
