Taj Grill

Had the Tawa for 2-3 people. The grill elements were really tasty and saucy. The chicken and meat karahi parts felt a bit bland as though gravy already cooked separately and pieces of chicken/meat added in - didn’t feel properly spiced. Attentive service.

I was craving a kebab roll didn’t know where to order from had a look at the reviews online and looked at the images. I could see that they serve the nice amount of salad cucumber, tomatoes with the kebab roll and I thought that’s perfect placed an order online. What I received was meat overcooked little bit salad, no cucumbers, no tomatoes, this was the most disappointing kebab I think I’ve ever had. I didn’t even end up finishing it. I thought that ordered from the wrong place because what I received and the picture comparison is completely different.

Just purchased fish and kebabs 30 minutes ago The fish was great. The kebabs were old and tangy. Had to bin them.

Good nice & clean place, liked the Tawa Grill very good big portion including 2 nans & 2 portion large chips. Enjoyed no complaints, also tried the tikka biryani which was nice too. Try....

We ordered rotis, chicken and chana dal from this restaurant. We were four friends eating together, and unfortunately all four of us ended up with upset stomachs afterward. We are not sure if there was an issue with the oil or the food quality, but the experience was very disappointing. The restaurant should seriously check their hygiene and cooking standards to avoid this happening to other customers."

Food was good when we could be served. We had fish masala, fish biryani, keema naan. All was hot and tasty. Only issue was the totally unprofessional staff. More interested in talking out back in kitchen than seeing who walked into and then out of the restaurant. No manager obviously as no direction. They have another site in Ilford Lane where the staff care. Will go here in future

Good food. Cleanliness could improve, and some of the decor doesn't match. Also, bottles of sauce with dried sauce on the tips are a no-go. Hygiene issue, to say the least. Better served in dishes with spoons.
