Where can I start with Dish Events? Rebecca and Rob were nothing short of amazing by catering for our wedding day. We had a superb 3 course, fine dining meal, canapés and excellent gourmet bratwurst for our evening food. All our guests commented on the great service and how delicious and hot the food was! We had quite a few difficulties with our venue but Dish Events had our backs the entire time, we were really looked after during the whole process with excellent communication and problem solving. They made our day a huge success and we're so happy they catered for us. We cannot thank them enough and would 100% recommend them to anyone for their wedding day or any other event!

I used Dish Events & Catering for my 30th party, it's nearly a week later and my friends and family are still talking about the food! I just want to say a huge thank you to Rebecca who was assisting me with arrangements over email. There was a huge selection of menus to choose from. Any dietary requirements were catered for and Rebecca provided helpful suggestions & alternatives every step of the way if needed! Highly recommend!

Dish catered our wedding in Manchester and we couldn’t have asked for a better caterer. They happily arranged a tasting for us and then were incredibly organised and detailed. We had a mishap where we told them the wrong date (!) and they sorted us anyway! We had a small wedding but never felt like we were "too small" for them. We had lamb for the meat eaters, and the vegan cauliflower option was excellent too. Highly recommend!

A belated but heartfelt thank you!! The Dish team were absolutely fantastic at our wedding party back in May. Everything ran smoothly, the food arrived right on time, and there was more than enough to go around — which didn’t go unnoticed by our guests! Rebecca was so lovely to deal with throughout the whole process — friendly, organised, and always on top of things. So many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was and how welcoming and professional the team were on the day. Thank you so much to Rebecca and the whole Dish team — we’d highly recommend them to anyone planning an event.

I’m going to summarise my review in a few phrases, because I already know this is going to be a long one: impeccable communication, expertly curated menu options, perfectly finessed and delicious food, vegetarian friendly, astoundingly affordable pricing, down to Earth can-do husband and wife duo with their heart fully invested in you, and your day. From the very first email inquiry with Dish Catering, we knew this was the company we wanted to cater our Wedding day. Rebecca was so quick to respond, couldn’t be happier than to deal with my questions whether it was "how big are the bamboo plates" to "can we do some canapés that are more bar snacks than posh nosh". Not only did the amazing team at Dish come up with an individually curated menu that suited us as a couple as though they’d met us before, they expertly included a vegetarian offering alongside everything our guests had for my Husband. He had exactly what we had, no aubergine lasagne or portobello mushroom burgers here! The pricing blew my mind in all honesty: we’d received some quotes elsewhere from several other retailers who hadn’t even bothered to attach anything other than a generic ‘thanks for your inquiry’ response. Rebecca opened up a discussion with me, took away all feelings of tension towards the idea of budgeting and we came to an agreement that worked for us both. Absolutely no cringing required! On the day itself, you’d think this definitely wasn’t their first rodeo - the dynamic duo set up without me even knowing. There were no frantic phone calls, texts re: power supplies or access issues; just the lovely smell of home cooked grub welcoming us after our ceremony. The canapés were divine. The sounds of my family exclaiming we’d "done really well" with our choice of food and caterers was just as tasty(!) I would include those mini bacon potato skins on my final meal request. Dish were able to accommodate our need for a C-19 compliant wedding. The dynamic duo were impeccable with their cleanliness and PPE, which was so reassuring. Rebecca even delivered both our starter and main course via table service which was so kind of her to do. The food was so delicious, so fresh (honestly, those pulled pork tacos are making my mouth water writing this), and so absolutely mind-boggling to say it was all produced from Dish’s little food trailer! The big sharing boards of fries and onion rings were the rustic touch we needed to go with our wedding and got conversation flowing nicely. By the time we got to our double patty burgers we were stuffed - absolutely no fear of running out of food or guests going hungry here. My mother in law even asked for her remaining half of the burger to be wrapped up and sure enough, her request was granted, and she was happily chowing down on it during our garden-party reception! Lastly I must gush about the INCREDIBLE thought, time, effort and pure LOVE that went into not only the food but the decoration Dish laid on to ensure their food cart matched our Wedding. They put on a macrame curtain, amber glass bottles, pampas grass and hessian galore (see the pics uploaded in June 2021). Just wow. Thank you, so much, Dish catering.
