Lowrys restaurant ltd

Been to this cafe a good 5/6 times now and never disappointed. Normally go for a full English but got potato cakes and it was delicious! Love the new kitchen and layout as well. So spacious.

Went here for the first time instead of big chains to support local however really disappointing as food was not to any other caffe standards. Bread toasted and felt like cardboard- did not eat. Looked like cheapest bread used to serve this food on. Avocado served that had gone off, not sure how they thought it was ok to place black avocado on. Hot chocolate with hardly any chocolate. Definitely won’t be going again just wish they’d visit other caffès to get ideas and make changes as in good location and has potential to be something great if they improved the quality of food. Prices very similar to other popular coffee shops. Staff should also check if food is ok after they serve their customers. Maybe Visit amphora cafe - sale. Family owned, similar menu to here but worth the money spent.

Visited this morning (Saturday) cafe was quiet although I arrived at a similar time to those that were there! I was greeted in a friendly manner, my order was taken in a professional way! The wait for the coffee and food wasn’t long at all. The coffee tasted great, and the food was very nice indeed. I would have preferred a second slice of toast, however for the quality you get the price is great value! Will certainly return 👍

Came with my partner and daughter. My daughter said that her toast was the best and her chocolate milkshake was amazing. My poached eggs on brown was beautiful. Our coffee's were also the best. Many thanks Table 10

The cafe is located at a wonderful area with main road scene. The breakfast was nice, especially for Egg Benedict with Hollandaise.

Very good tasty breakfast. After shopping the best place to eat and drink coffee.

I visited the cafe on a Friday lunchtime, I was served very quickly. The food was lovely, and the staff were friendly. Strongly recommend!
