Point Five Ceilidh Band

Point Five played at our wedding evening party in Cottiers and it really could not have been any better. Firstly the organisation was great, Martin was easy to communicate with and we really didn't have to do much. Then the band itself sounded fantastic, and the dance calling was superb as well. We had a lot of people not used to ceilidh dancing who had a great time, and even those who had done a bit in the past enjoyed some of the fun twists! Massive thanks to the band for a great evening

Absolutely brilliant! Amazing music and great dancing (instructions included). They really made the night one to remember! Thank you all so much for joining and playing for us. 10/10!

Point Five played at our wedding and were absolutely fantastic. They had a phenomenal ability to read the room and alternate between fast-paced dancing tunes and mellower fair for quieter bits, but then were also brilliant at getting everybody back on their feet when it was time to dance again. A great choice you won't regret for any event. Thanks again to Martin and his team who were there on the night!

We hired Point Five for our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic, I can’t recommend them enough! The communication from the band was brilliant, they took into consideration our requests, helped us feel comfortable on the day and our guests absolutely adored them.

What a great band. Played at my step daughter wedding in St Andrews tonight. Great instruction and had a family of Colombians doing Scottish dances in no time. Well done
