Cleveden String Quartet

We booked Cleveden Quartet to play at our wedding in July and they could not have been more perfect! Alison was very responsive to emails from the start, making the process so easy. They were able to learn a few songs we specifically wanted to include which made it feel that bit more personal. Our guests loved having you play at the ceremony and during our drinks reception. The Cleveden Quartet played at our wedding at Tullibole Castle last weekend. They were absolutely flawless from start to finish and added such an air of elegance and sophistication to our day. So many guests commented on how great they were, playing a perfect blend of classic and contemporary pieces. Amazing!- Cleveden Quartet stepped in at short notice and saved the day! We enjoyed the music so much that we asked them if they could continue to play on which they did no problem at all. They were very flexible on the day with regards to their repertoire and had such a vast range of songs to suit everyone. Alison was amazing to deal with and even emailed us after the event to make sure we were happy with their service. Thanks again! I would highly recommend.

The Cleveden Quartet played at our wedding in August in Oran Mor and they really were great and helped add to the atmosphere, especially while guests were arriving for the ceremony and mingling afterwards. From first contact to the actual day they provided a very professional and friendly service, giving us a wide range of music to choose from and helping us figure out what music we actually wanted! Even without a rehearsal they knew exactly what to do on the day without having to take instructions from us, which helped tremendously given how many other things were going on! All in all we would definitely recommend the Cleveden quartet and were glad we chose to have a quartet at our wedding.

What an incredible choice of musicians we had for our wedding in Scotland, coming from Arizona for our wedding in May. Cleveden was referred to us from Harmony Bagpiping and it was a great decision! Allison and her dual mother-daughter team were amazing and even went above and beyond to help us with our trip prior to coming, suggesting things to see and places to go! Now for the wedding day - they were at St Conans Kirk all set up and ready before we got there - then, my bride was running late but they kept on improvising and were just fine! They worked so well with me on the ceremony outline and the numbers that were chosen, even altering to match our bride-down-the-aisle song of Love of A Princess. Afterwards they went to Barcaldine Castle to setup and waited patiently as we were running late due to photography and the such - but they were more than happy to oblige! They played our first dance song and then played different numbers throughout the meal and then performed a mini-concert for us after that was done based on my asks for that - mostly numbers from musicals. They got into the act with the theme from Pirates of the Caribbean donning pirate hats and having rum! Such a great atmosphere and quite the characters! Then at the end they had us sing Auld Lang Syne and the theme from Outlander, but in the original verses - - - cannot wait to get that video!! Such a wonderful group of young ladies who stayed with us throughout our entire day and were great people to boot!! Thank you so much, Allison and team, for helping making our day beautiful and special with your patience, friendship and musical ability!
