The Greyhound Inn

We actually booked this place for my daughter’s wedding party. They have a rustic venue area with fairy lights which make the rooms look magical. There is a large area split into two with an open door way and an open wall so you can see through to both sides. They can provide a buffet menu. We had the hot food at £6.95 per head and it was delicious. They were open to dietary menu change as my daughter is vegetarian. The is also a small area for music. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you speak to Nikita she’s absolutely amazing at helping you with your party

I went to my cousin's 70thparty and on arrival found the hot buffet was already on the table. By the time we got to eat it it was luke warm. I was horrified when I went to eat my quiche as it was mouldy. Everything on my plate went to waste. The bar was manned by 1 person who had to serve the party and everyone else in the pub. The poor girl never stopped I haven't been to the Greyhound in years and wont be hurrying back

So I’ve recently had my 40th birthday in the greyhound inn function room and wow! What an amazing room! All of my guests absolutely loved it, the room is absolutely stunning and I would highly recommend it. It would be perfect for any occasion and even weddings. The staff here are brilliant, great communication and very friendly and understanding. I would definitely have another function here. Thank you to all the staff for making my birthday perfect. Absolute great price too.

Typical old pub trying to be trendy. Looks nice in the main rooms but no locks work in the ladies toilets. Needs a bit of a rethink

Came for a 60th party a fantastic place great atmosphere highly recommend
