Sintillate UK Ltd

Went for the brunch yesterday at 45 Curtain Road. It was... okay. Unfortunately there were a few major things wrong with this brunch including the fact they charge for Laurent Perrier upgrade but then pour another champagne, served in a Laurent Perrier glass. The security told us the club downstairs was free entry, but then it was £10. They gave us our mains before our starters, they lost the birthday cake we gave them and came out with a slice of tiramisu instead and we had to help them find it. Also the club downstairs was basically empty, the DJ didnt take requests but proceeded to play the worst music I have ever heard in my life (Olivia Dean club version?!) Not really the vibe for a Saturday night. Also they didnt serve proper drinks at the bar, or champagne, just spirits in red cups. Positives were the venue was nice, the steak was good and our waiter was really nice and attentive too. The sax player was good too during the brunch - the music was good. Overall I wouldnt return but I would advise the company to stop advertising premium champagne if thats not what you are serving - thats a huge problem and almost feels like a scam.

I attended the bottomless brunch at the fleets on Saturday, the vibes were amazing from as soon as we got there. we were met by the lovely Mia welsh who had accomodated us so well and over email as we had to change venues due to the capacity she was absolutely brilliant and was brilliant with the communication of things and was so understanding!! the saxophonist brought the vibes aswell as the dj with such a great atmosphere. Only thing i would say was the food wasnt how we expected however will definitely be back soon for another!!

Love a Sintillate brunch! It’s our groups favourite go to for birthdays and get togethers, would definitely recommend trying them all out if you have a chance and great value for money in London!!!🙌🙌

Me and my friends have been going to Sintillate brunches for a long time and it never fails to impress the vibe is always amazing from start to end. We attended a bottemless at Old street tavern and had the best time! You won’t be without a drink in your hand, the staff are very attentive and the food is very good. Mia Walsh ensured we were looked after and everything with the brunch ran smoothly. Can’t wait for the next one!

Personally, I would avoid this brunch. It was my first ever time attending one of their hosted events, and quite frankly, it will be my last. We were originally booked for a completely different venue and time, but were told we had to be moved because they no longer offer the brunch at the original location. My question is, why are people still able to book something if it is no longer being offered there? Had we known this beforehand, we would have booked with someone else entirely. We were given just one week’s notice of the change to the Elysee location. Because we had a large group attending, we had no realistic choice but to accept the change — there simply wasn’t enough time to organise an alternative booking elsewhere. The event was advertised as a bottomless brunch, but there was absolutely nothing bottomless about it. We were repeatedly left sitting with empty glasses and had to chase staff numerous times for drinks we had ordered around 20 minutes earlier. That completely defeats the point of paying for a bottomless experience. To make matters worse, our food was taken away while we were still eating. At the time, we didn’t say anything because we assumed there was another course coming. When we asked, we were told that was it. Again, not the experience you expect when you have paid for a brunch event. The attitude of the staff was also extremely disappointing. When we raised the lack of service and asked for the service charge to be removed from the bill, the response we received was incredibly rude. This wasn’t limited to the venue staff either — the staff representing Sintillate were equally unpleasant. We were there to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately, what should have been a fun day turned into one of the worst experiences imaginable. I completely understand that things can go wrong at events, but the combination of the last-minute venue change, poor communication, lack of service, slow drinks, food being taken away half-eaten and the attitude of the staff made the whole experience extremely disappointing. For a bottomless brunch, the service should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, we spent most of the afternoon chasing people for drinks and questioning what was happening. Would definitely not recommend, and I certainly won’t be booking another Sintillate event.
