My experience here was absolutely terrible. We booked a table to watch the quarter finals for the football World Cup, yet crowds swarmed the screen and they never asked them to move back so everyone could see. What is the point of booking a table if I can’t see the game that I’ve come to watch? I’d rather be at home watching it! We spoke to members of staff who all said they’d talk to the manager which was absolutely rubbish. I won’t be coming back - what a disappointment

Great place with a really welcoming atmosphere! The staff are friendly and attentive, the food is delicious, and there’s a good variety of beers to choose from. I especially like that the pub has both indoor and outdoor areas, which makes it perfect in any weather. It gets quite busy on Fridays and Saturdays, so the vibe is lively and fun. Definitely worth a visit!

We booked a "World Cup" table, only to have our view completely obstructed by an overcrowded crowd and the tiny outdoor screen. Throughout the night we were subjected to disgusting verbal abuse, almost physically assaulted by an aggressive drunk, and the venue was so overcrowded that it was almost impossible to move through the crowd. We could not locate a single member of security when we needed assistance, despite actively looking for one. The bar staff were equally unhelpful and did not appear equipped or willing to deal with serious incidents occurring inside the venue. There also appeared to be little or no monitoring of the number of people entering and leaving the premises. Security did not appear to be checking or controlling capacity in any meaningful way. What’s particularly interesting is I can see the owner’s response to a similar review complaining about closing the outdoor area mid-game, saying their licensing agreement meant they had to switch the TVs off at midnight. So you’re clearly aware that your licence has to be complied with when it comes to the football, but seemingly not when it comes to public safety, preventing crime and disorder, managing overcrowding or dealing with dangerously intoxicated patrons. Thanks for clarifying that you take your licensing obligations seriously - just not the ones involving the safety of your paying customers. Got it.

Nice but can get busy especially on match days. Outdoors covered area for drinking. Lovely looking bar. Serves nice food. Close to Parsons Green tube station.

A great spot for the sunny bank holiday weekend. I came here with my friends and had a really pleasant evening, service was superb! I was unsure on what to order but a lovely girl behind the bar gave me recommendations and was clearly impressively knowledgable despite explaining she had only been behind the bar for a couple of months! Food looked good so must return soon for that!
