Hired out some dry spark machines for a wedding. One of the sparks had a fault when tested the day before. SBS sent somebody straight out with a replacement and extra powder for the day to make sure everything was working and in order for the big day. Really grateful for the level of helpful and efficient customer service. Definitely recommend and would hire equipment again!!!
Top service and nice guys (Scott & Ben). Helped me work out an issue with a DJ mixer and together we got the part ordered. Went out there way to keep me updated. All in all would only use them for anything audio related. Thanks!
Ben at SBS fixed the faulty RCA line-in input on my Xone 23 real fast for a decent price. I found it impossible to find somewhere in London that repaired Allen & Heath equipment. Loads of scams in London for this, so watch out, always check multiple sources on google for reviews. Anyway, shipped my Xone up from London, got it fixed and returned within a few days. Made the payment upon completion of repair. Ben also serviced and cleaned the mixer, came back looking pristine! Works like brand new. Much appreciated, will use again if i ever need tech repaired. Had my son's Pioneer DJ controllers repaired, services and tested by SBS Audio. Just found them off the internet, local to where I live - did what it said on the tin really. All very straight forward at a reasonable cost considering their value.

From drop off to collection the team at SBS provided a top drawer service. My XDJ-RX2 came back like new and they updated me on a regular basis on the progress. I won’t go anywhere else for my repairs now. Worth the travel for this kind of service.
