Ipswich Town Football Club Conferencing & Events

We had cause to contact ITFC ticket office re a Season Ticket query. Tom responded to my e mail and from that point onwards couldn’t have been more helpful. He invited my colleague and I to the ground to discuss same, was very polite, sincere and sorted it quietly and efficiently to our satisfaction. He is a credit to the ticketing office and the whole club. Well done and thank you.

This will always get 5 stars. It's Ipswich Town! What a stadium, what a club, what a fanbase. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Good food and drinks, good facilities. Easy to access for away supporters with the train station a 3 minute walk away, not to mention the away pub the station literally as you walk of the train. Lots of pubs 5-10 minutes walk away for home fans. Always a great atmosphere, very family friendly and community orientated. If you can get a ticket go! Stadium tour is also very good and great value for money. Don't forget to visit the club shop. COYB

Awful place who like to endorse right wing politicians who has views that are abhorrent. 🤮

Expensive cashless not advertised as so and poorly stocked bars. Great venue and disco. But the food was appalling cold kids portions and not very advertising makes macdonalds look good avoid like the plaque

Great place to have a meeting free carpark has a lift catering is very good room for about 150 seated at still space for stalls at the back. Easy to find as well.
