Stayed here in the Old Coach House for 5 days. Met Ken on arrival who seems a genuinely nice guy. Honestly what an amazing place to stay. Views are absolutely stunning, had a walk round the grounds and lake which are lovely. Got everything you need in the cottage, on arrival there was scones jam and cream which are a lovely touch (very enjoyable too). Am looking forward to coming back here. Very peaceful and just what we wanted. Brilliant to get away from everyday hustle and bustle. Only downside to staying here is having to leave ☺️.

Lovely place to stay, the only suggestion for them to change is as soon as possible to buy darker curtains because in summer time at 04.45 is bright already in all the rooms. No other comments to add. Very beautiful.

Just had a fabulous stay at Hendra Barn. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. A lovely large living room and kitchen with a decking area outside to sit & enjoy the garden. Ken & Maggie were super hosts who left us some goodies for when we arrived, scones, biscuits tea & coffee. It’s such a magical place with peacocks roaming around. We will definitely be staying again, 10/10. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We hired Hendra Barns for our wedding. Maggie was great at contacting us and let us use the venue as a blank canvas to have the wedding we wanted. It was perfect. The day itself went without any issues due to Maggie's great assistance in planning, and executing what we wanted. Her staff were also brilliant at the bar. Super team. The accommodation was lovely, great views and it was so nice to have breakfast with the peacocks. Highly recommend for your wedding if you want a beautiful venue and outdoor ceremony.

Our wedding reception was held at Hendra Barns. The location is stunning. The communication with Maggie throughout the process was excellent as was her organisation. Maggie and Ken are excellent hosts who did everything we asked for and more! We were looked after really well and many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to. I would highly recommend it.
