Flagstaff Lodge Newry

Welcoming and friendly staff, nice rooms with a massive comfy bed. The food was lovely with a special mention going to the fish taco which was incredible. Advisable to book for food as it's busy at the weekend. Another special mention goes out to the night porter, my partner and I stumbled in at silly o'clock and asked for some crisps to soak up the many consumed pints. He was all to happy to help, but went the extra mile as he also made us tea and toast while we sat at the bar, a bit worse for wear. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this class wee lodge.

Having stayed on two separate occasions when travelling for work, I can safely say the flagstaff lodge is one of the nicest places to stay in Northern Ireland. The accommodation, food, staff and atmosphere have been exceptional on both visits, and I couldn’t recommend staying here enough. It will continue to be my hotel of choice when staying in this area.

Excellent place to stay, staff are very friendly and the food is excellent the only reason I dropped a star for the location is because off the car park is on a steep slope.
