Medium sized room, a good sized dance floor with disco station, bar area and separate buffet room. You can't stick any posters or anything on the walls. There are about 9 tables in the main room and another 3/4 tables in the buffet room. There are loads and loads of steps up to the room and a 2 stage stair lift for elderly people that takes forever, but no lift for wheel chairs. There is also a photo booth with a variety of hats and wigs to use. You also have to have their own hot or cold buffet. No outside catering allowed. But all in all it's OK and we had a great evening there. You can set the room up from 3 till 5 and then later you have the room from 7 till 12 midnight.

WARNING DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING HERE!! Booked this place for my 21st birthday party and I should have realised for the get go that this is a terrible place ran by a terrible company with no customer service skills and no professionalism just by how long it actually took to get it booked. We hired out the Photo Booth £250 for an hour!!! I then emailed them the day after my party asking when I would recieve the photo album I was promised and was told the manger was on holiday until the 16th of the same month so I waited until then and sent an email that day. Got ignored. Emailed them the next day. Still ignored. Messaged them a week later still ignored. I rang them several times so did my mum and so did my dad and Fiance but no answer. It has been 4 MONTHS since my party and we decided to email skate central instead and they have lied saying I haven’t contacted them. Even though I have a ton of proof. And that now they have destroyed my photo album was told they could reprint but again not heard much

DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE!Had a joint party here, unnecessary amount of stairs so was told elderly could use the stair chair lift, got to the party and the stair lift was broken meaning my family members had to go home was not happy about that whatsoever, they could’ve told us beforehand so time wasn’t wasted. , expensive drinks but we made the most out of what we had. Also had a delivery here, but it was nowhere to be seen so I don’t know what happened with that £50 worth of food just disappeared but it said it was delivered to the venue. It has been well over 3 months now and i still have not received my deposit back, completely been ignored on phone and email. Horrible service.

Staff behind bar were good. After the party we were ignored for months. Still haven't received my photos i paid for. It smells like feet and is a little dirty. Once they have your money they will ignore you , via email and phoning them. The phone just rings off .

Had my wedding venue on 13th April, absolutely appalling. No disabled access as they said stairlift was working and it wasn’t, food was stale and burnt, not a fully functioning bar, no meet and greets as ‘they don’t offer that’ toilet was unclean, 2 toilet seats broken, sink broken, there was a leak, mold on ceiling, no toilet roll throughout night as the didn’t come back a restock, my friend had to send a fine off J20 back. Emailed to complain and ask for half or full refund and they refused to take responsibility. I’ve now contacted trading standards and the ombudsman. Disgusting place
