Whitley Hall Hotel

Lovely experience at Whitley Hall today for a last minute tea out. We sat outside on the beautiful terrace. Excellent service from all members of staff and a beautiful meal. It reminded us that we need to go more often! Definitely recommend.

We had our wedding here in March and it was the most beautiful day. All the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable and the venue itself was amazing. We truly had the wedding of our dreams. Our coordinator on the day was Amanda and she was truly incredible, she couldn't do enough for us both, the day went so smoothly due to her and she thought of everything - there were so many times she fluffed my dress without me realising it, or set things up perfectly. Thank you to everyone there

We had our wedding at Whitley Hall & it is a day we'll both never forget. The venue is absolutely stunning. We appreciate everyone who made our day so amazing - Rebecca is someone we appreciated so much on the build-up to our wedding day. She answered every email promptly and we probably had 3 meetings with her to make sure everything would run smoothly and she always accommodated. Next I want to thank Amanda for being a brilliant wedding coordinator on the day. She was absolutely on-it from minute 1 to the end of the day. She made the day run so smoothly even with some crazy brass band entrances & weird groomsmen dance routines 😂 Joe was someone who was also really welcoming in general and was chatting away to some guests too. Overall we are just so happy we got married here and wouldn't change our day for the world. Just to note we definitely thought the drinks are overpriced, for me it's even the soft drinks are pretty outrageous (£6.25 for a Pint of Pepsi Max) At least other people were buying our drinks 😂 and the wedding package we chose did include 4 Alcoholic drinks per guest (1 welcome drink either Beer or Champagne, 2 glasses of wine and a toast drink) so at least that softened the blow for some guests. Also if you are getting married here it's worth noting that you can't bring in any external styling coordinators to do that for you HOWEVER you can bring in your own styling stuff and as long as you provide instructions the wedding coordinators will sort your tables and decorations how you want them. But the things I've mentioned above really did not impact our day and they are minor gripes at the end of the day. Thank you so much to all the team at Whitley Hall for such a memorable day.
