Grand Tour Media

A very professional service. Jon and the staff at Grand Tour Media were always extremely helpful, reliable, thoughtful and trustworthy. I knew I had made the right decision when I chose Grand Tour Media to undertake the live streaming and all the audio/visual aspects of the funeral service I was organising. They have been a truly wonderful company to work with right from the very start through to completion. Don Richards

We recently approached Grand Tour Media, to webcast the Requiem Mass for a family we recently cared for. Jonathan, who I spoke to, was professional, easy to contact and quick to answer any queries I had. Jonathan made several trips to the church, to make sure the internet signal was strong to cover the funeral. On the day, the webcast went perfectly, Jonathan and his amazing team captured the service live for those who could not attend. The video quality was second to none. As a funeral director, I will most definitely recommend his services to anybody who requires a live webcast. Grand Tour Media, thank you, from everyone at Hopcraft Funeral Directors.

Jonathan and his team at Grand Tour Media provided a Livestream for my brother's funeral so that friends and family in Ireland could share in the event. As well as providing a high quality video link with a personalised web page, Jonathan could not have been more helpful, available and compassionate to me and my family throughout.

Jonathan provided a livestream of a Service of Thanksgiving for me on behalf of a family friend earlier this week. He was courteous, professional, empathetic and patient in all my dealings with him in the preparation. The quality of the webpage he put together far exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the livestream worked perfectly for all those unable to attend the Service which, after all, was the main purpose of the exercise! On the basis of my experience, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the services of Jonathan and Grand Tour Media. Tim W.

We were really pleased with the service received from Jonathan. The memorial notice was lovely and Jonathan was very responsive to changes in wording before publishing it. On the day he was completely unobtrusive but the quality was excellent and family far and wide appreciated the opportunity to watch when they couldn’t be there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service
