Big Fun UK Ltd

Hired an arcade claw with only a few weeks notice. The whole experience was brilliant end to end - with Ella being super helpful on the phone/quick responses via email. The activation went down a hit at our event

Big Fun were super to work with. Highly responsive, helpful and delivered on time and as promised. Quality was excellent. We had a fully branded option and it came out exactly as hoped. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

Recently hired several of the claw grabber and lock boxes for in store events, these were really easy to use and our customers had a lot of fun using them. Team were great to work with throughout and everything was very smooth.

I hired a Plinko board through Big Fun UK through my organisation, and the service was excellent, and the team were very quick and responsive. Delivery and pick-up of the Plinko board was really smooth too. Would definitely recommend!

AMAZING! Highly recommend! We ordered a grabber to rent for salon international, it was super easy to work, arrived on time, easy set up, collection and we loved the wrapping and personalised details.

We used Big Fun for the rental of a prize crane machine for our exhibition at the London International Horse Show 2024 held at Excel London. I can't fault the team at Big Fun at all! It was a pleasurable experience dealing with Ellie from start to finish, with the prize crane being even better than we would have thought, with our artwork and branding all added to the machine by their team. The delivery, installation and collection was seamless and their customer support whilst the machine was with us was brilliant in case we had any small questions. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using Big Fun again in the future!

We hired a Dance Machine and Strike a light game. The games looked great and were easy to operate. An excellent service from start to finish, delivery and pick up were on time, professional and friendly. Ella was great in helping us find games that will fit our event best. Brilliant customer support and experience. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future!
