Took the photo and took the money off my card so definitely had internet connection. Couldn’t use it to drag through the photo code for my passport. Reported it and got fobbed off. Reported it again and finally got confirmation that there was an issue and to apply for a refund. Wish I had never used it as it just generated a waste of my time.
