Visited scarecity at the weekend. For what ever reason we did not receive our video at the end of the experience. I being the one who purchased it for just £15 was being nagged by another 5 people. Not knowing where to go I contacted Video Booth Systems and was pleasantly surprised by Jon responding to a "retail" customer who spent £15 out of standard working hours. And after initially struggling to find our video he didn't give up and he found it! Legend! What more can you ask? Customer service at its best!
We used Video Booth Systems for a corporate event in Birmingham this week. We were really impressed with the booth itself and how easy Jon, Kirsty and the team were to work with. We would recommend VideoBooth Systems for anyone looking for a Video Booth to capture testimonies of any kind.
Great staff quality product
