Excellent conference facilities and helpful staff. Good parking, cafe and toilets. Easy 5 minutes access from the motorway. Book parking online for easiest access.

I attended a conference at ICC Wales and had a great experience. The venue is very spacious, with seating capacity for well over 1,000 people, and the auditorium is excellent for large events and conferences. The environment is pleasant and well kept, the restrooms were clean and well maintained throughout my stay, and there was also plenty of parking space available, which made access very convenient.

Good for parking, seats quite comfy for most things and good views of the stage as long as people dont stand up in front if you. Beware the steep rake of the balcony steps or seats at the back of the stalls, if you have any mobility issues. Always good to check the wen site as it tells you seats with bad views and access issues. If you are going to a gig, there is nowhere to get up and dance as a few people found and ended up obstructing the views of loads of people, which was not appreciated by lots of people near us. Pre pay for your parking as is easier to get out without the queue for the pay machine

Fantastic clean well orgsnised venue & shows here, sadly the seating in the shows lets it down, they are crammed on top of each other, viewing can be infared by heads in front of you, so everyone moves around to try watch the stage event, also feel peoples feet behind you kicking back of your seats by accident due to narrow foot space. Definitely will go again but pick & try different seats next time. Travel follow the sat nav and signs address for the Celtic manor resort/hotel to access ICC car park £7 for up to 4 hours

I have visited twice and really like the venue. First time was for Comic con and second time was to see the Abba tribute band 'Thank you for the music'. Wonderful venue and really comfortable seating in the 1500 seater auditorium. Each seat has its own pull out lap table to place your drink on which is so innovative, however if you're a larger person, the table won't sit over your legs properly. I've marked it down 1 star for two reasons. The bar & costs. The queues for the bar on the night of the show were very slow and it took 25 minutes to get a drink before the show. I then queued the whole of the interval but then the show was about to restart so I abandoned my position as I could have easily been waiting another 15 minutes. Not sure if it was the staff or the set up of the bar that made it so slow. Drinks are expensive at £7.45 for a bottle of cider. Parking is £6 for up to 5 hours. Parking is widely available and easy to get in/out although if you're coming out of a show, the queue for paying for parking gets long, quickly.

We went to see Scrooge, absolutely fantastic. Beautiful places, nice food everything perfect. Only thing I don't like that we couldn't book special caving or something like this for me and my little one because it's minimum of 4 people.... same with afternoon tea. I couldn't book online because minimum of 4 people. Single mums exist hahahahaha. But the place is beautiful.

Pretty decent conference centre. Spacious, well lit and the rooms were at comfortable temps and lighting. Not sure if the caterers were onsite but the food was generally pretty decent. Drinks could be improved. At the back upstairs, there's outdoor trails. I quite liked this.. but can the ICC please put some signage on what the arrow colours actually mean? Or even a sign of some sort to indicate where the routes end up and/or distance/timings/ease of walking? I was on my own (no one else was walking/outside from I could see/hear) and felt a tad apprehensive. If visitors are on a break in between seminars, it would be good to get a sense of whether we have enough time to go for a quick walk in the outdoors on a nice day. Anyway, I ended up somewhere in the golf course and had to work out how to get back round to the ICC (that was also a bit of an adventure)
