Perfect space for a childs party, we had a nerf gun party at the venue and there was plenty of room for 20+ children running about the place. They ask that you don't stick anything to the walls but there are hooks so it just means you have to get a little creative with decorations. Large kitchen with cooker and fridge, plenty of parking and a grass area and playground shared with the community also nearby. Linda was very helpful in answering all my questions and even gave me a little tour of the place before I decided to book
