Rich & I had the best wedding here on 31.07.25! The Llanerch team were exceptional and made sure that everything ran so smoothly, but also made us feel so relaxed. We cannot thank Claire, Hannah & Emily and the rest of the Llanerch wedding team enough for their help on our special day 🤍

We were married at Llanerch Vineyard on 4th May 2025. Claire, Clara and the team were amazing from the day we booked the wedding right up until all our guests left at the end of the night. Food and wine was delicious and all guests commented all day they were full from the wedding breakfast. Llanerch was so helpful catering for some of our guests who had dietary requirements. Nothing was too much trouble to help us to have our perfect day. Claire kept in touch all the way from helping us book the wedding to booking in menu tasting and letting us know when the open days were happening so we could see the venue set up and see where we would have our items set up. On the day Clara made sure everything ran smoothly - helping us with timings and making sure we were in the right place at the right time. On Saturday 12th April, my husband and I got married at Llanerch Vineyard and it truly was amazing! We first enquired with Llanerch in January 2024. Claire was brilliant, nothing was ever too much trouble and she provided us with all the information we needed and stayed in close contact throughout the 18 months we spent planning the wedding. Claire was easy to reach, and incredibly organised, and she helped guide us with anything that was fairly new to us or we weren’t sure on. Fast forward to last weekend, when our wedding took place - All the staff were incredible. They set up all our DIY decor for us perfectly on the day, they were amazing with timings, and guiding us through the day. All our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was, and the hotel was fabulous. The dressing suite is a must have for any bridal party, and the suites are incredible with beautiful views. The food was fantastic, everyone commented on it being one of the nicest meals they’d had. Llanerch is the perfect space to make the best out of any weather, there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. The handling of all our belongings was seamless, and anything we didn’t want to take home with was dealt with by Llanerch to save us the hassle. Breakfast the next morning was exactly what was needed after the night before! It truly was the best day, and absolutely the best choice of venue to host our big day! Llanerch feels like something out of a dream and is truly remarkable!! Where do we start? We are genuinely lost for words! The day from start to finish was absolutely perfect!! The whole journey has been remarkable, from start to finish! We’ve loved every second of it! Llanerch has truly smashed the customer journey/experience, it has been exceptional! And rightly commends recognition! The venue is absolutely amazing! It is breath taking! Calon Lodge provides the perfect surrounding for a formal wedding with picturesque views of vineyards and rolling countryside! Whilst the marquee provides a spacious, light and modern area that keeps all guests engaged rather than splitting them into other rooms/areas like other venues! Again, with beautiful views of the vineyard! Claire, the events manager is absolutely lovely, you will not meet a more honest and down to earth person! From the meetings where we always left filled with confidence and excitement in preparation for our big day! To meeting the events team (Hannah & Yan) the day before the wedding, going through everything so smoothly and quite literally effortless, we knew our vision had been clearly communicated! And it was reflected in the way the day ran. Words cannot describe how happy we are with how the day went! We will never forget it, and I’m sure majority of our guests won’t either! You wouldn’t believe the compliments we’ve had from everyone, "it’s the best wedding we’ve ever been to", "it was an amazing day, best venue I’ve ever been to for wedding", "It was an absolute cracker of a day mate, and like you said, seamless. The venue was a pearler and it all just flowed really well." There has been nothing but positivity about the whole day, which these days is a rarity, as it is hard to please everyone! We want to say a huge thank you to Claire and the team, partially Hannah and Yan who were both amazing and went above and beyond at every opportunity!! The day ran seamlessly, when you imagine your dream wedding, you don’t envisage it to run as exceptionally well as it did! It was perfect and we can thank the team at Llanerch enough!! Without the team’s commitment, the day simply wouldn’t have been possible. They honed in on every minor detail and made sure everything was absolutely perfect!
