We had our wedding at the Guildhall and the whole team at BCP have been amazing from start to finish. Answering any questions we have had through this journey, to making the day a memorable one! The whole team were efficient, kind and made the day very personal. The building is absolutely gorgeous and this only enhances the beauty. We were well informed, was not rushed (even though I was late to the alter!) the ceremony was calm and Sally was amazing when we were reading our vows and getting us through the whirlwind of a day. Thank you so much Sally, Wayne & Nathaniel & everyone at team wedding BCP for making our day truly special. Mr & Mrs Standen.

At the start of the Old Town and High St you will find this lovely old building, now the registry office. What a lovely place to get married, an ornate building with amazing old homes as the backdrop to some lovely photos. You then also have a huge amount of pubs locally in which to celebrate your day or even go on a cruise.

Our wedding at The Guildhall on Thursday was absolutely magical. The venue itself was breathtaking, and the room where we had the ceremony was simply stunning. Sue and Danielle, the registrars, were not only professional but also incredibly warm, friendly, and reassuring. Their presence made our day even more special. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Guildhall as a wedding venue to anyone looking for a truly memorable and beautiful experience.

Lovely, attractive Grade 2 listed building in Poole Old Town conservation area. Designed in the Georgian style and completed in 1761. During WW2 the Guildhall was used for American troops before the invasion of France. Later public baths were installed and were used until the 1960s. After 16 years it's condition deteriorated, so an extensive refurbishment programme began to the tune of £800,000. The Princess Royal reopened it in October 2007. It is now a wedding venue. Locked when I visited, but has an extremely attractive elevation.
