The Angel

We went to the Angel for celebratory drinks after our wedding this weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The bar team were wonderful, the atmosphere was lovely and we felt so relaxed, it was the perfect end to our wedding day. Thank you to everyone at the Angel!

First time I have been here and wish I had come here ages ago. Jo the landlady cirtainly knows how to run a pub, I have drank in many pubs in the Poole area but I have to say how well the the beer is kept. Perfect temperature, clean beer lines, and basically the best pint in town, Trust me, they also have a good selection of wines and spirits. Now the inside of the pub is spacious and comfortable, it's very clean and tidy in fact spotless. Out side they have a seating area in the front, but have a lovely beer garden out the back. The pub is also Dog friendly. I have posted some pictures so please take time to view. At the end of the day I would highly recommend The Angel Poole. 100%.

Our daughter had a small reception after her wedding everything from the layout which was followed exactly as asked for to the buffet went perfectly couldn't have dealt with nicer more understanding helpful people people who helped make the day so special thanks the Roberts/Wilkinson families

Nice staff , lovely atmosphere , landlord and landlady are very accommodating an very clean and welcoming pub , newly decorated and always busy and great meat draw every Sunday.

I'm not a local but this seemed like a great pub. It's attractive from the outside as well as inside. There was a wide selection of branded beers and ciders at fair prices. There was also an artisan pizza menu, though I can't advise because I didn't eat. If I visit Poole again, this will be where I go for a pint.
