Went to a Pendulum DJ set event and the venue was really great! All the staff and security were friendly and welcoming. Particularly Joe, who was on the bar, provided a great customer experience. Would recommend attending any events they host

We went to a Festive Christmas lunch with Santa and more different Disney characters. It was fantastic! Children really enjoyed it! Excellent and quick service, kind and professional staff too, plus a see view which is a bonus! Really recommend this place!

The venue itself is alright, but the backrooms for performers and hosts to use between sets were dirty and unkempt. The sofas had stains and it smelled bad in there. It certainly has the potential to be better, given that the views aren't too bad.

Beautiful interior, spacious and well located, toilets are easily accessible from the pier and inside the bar. Bar and service staff are good but food was quite disappointing. Great place for drinks but not so much food unless you’re really hungry. Prices are a bit much for the food you get, couldn’t believe they didn’t serve fish and chips! Caesar salad was heavily loaded with Caesar dressing that was overly acidic, shawarma chicken flatbread was served in a panini and did not impress. Skin on chips were nice though. Should’ve went to the food booths round the side and come back in for drinks instead!

Great venue, lovely staff and some brilliant entertainment. Sometimes have offers on for snacks and drinks. Well worth a visit.
